To support ongoing business expansion across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA), they are seeking an experienced Service Engineering Manager to lead and strengthen their team!

To support their continued growth in Hong Kong, they are seeking an experienced Service Engineering Manager to lead their service operations and ensure best‑in‑class service delivery across installation, maintenance, and after‑sales support.

Description

Service Operations Management
- Lead and supervise the Service Engineering team responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of access systems, automatic doors, and related building technologies.
- Oversee daily service operations including job scheduling, field coordination, SLA adherence, and escalation handling.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, professional, and high‑quality service delivery.
- Implement and enhance service workflows, SOPs, safety measures, and quality standards.
- Monitor service KPIs and drive continuous improvement to uplift productivity, responsiveness, and overall technical capability.
Project Team Leadership
- Oversee the Project Team, ensuring smooth delivery of installation and commissioning projects across Hong Kong and the GBA.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, timeline control, and risk mitigation to ensure on‑time and high‑quality execution.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery from pre‑installation preparation to handover.
- Support solution rollouts, technical integration, and system commissioning for both new installations and upgrade projects.
- Ensure alignment between project execution, service readiness, and long‑term maintenance requirements.

Profile

Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
5 + years of experience in service engineering or project delivery, ideally from automatic doors, access control, security systems, building hardware, or building technology sectors.
Proven leadership experience managing field service engineers and project teams.
Strong understanding of installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work effectively across HK and GBA.
Hands‑on, solution‑focused, and capable of driving operational excellence.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Willingness to travel within the Greater Bay Area.
