Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel located at Wong Chuk Hang is currently hiring an Catering Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with corporate and non-corporate accounts to achieve sales objectives.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to strengthen partnerships.
Plan and execute sales blitzes to identify growth opportunities in key markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to optimize sales strategies.
Supervise and motivate account managers to meet sales goals and ensure smooth sales operations.
Maintain updated account profiles, sales reports, and corporate production data in internal systems.
Collaborate with Global Sales Offices (GSO) to leverage corporate sales programs and partnerships.
Prepare and submit detailed sales activity reports, including lead generation, market insights, and competitor analysis.
Ensure compliance with Marriott SOPs and LSOPs in all sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor performance
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
