We are looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a leading financial services company in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will oversee credit control processes and ensure optimal financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department

Description

As a Credit Control Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing credit control processes to ensure timely collections and minimize credit risk.
Developing and implementing effective credit policies and procedures.
Monitoring outstanding accounts and taking appropriate action to recover overdue payments.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client disputes and ensure smooth financial operations.
Preparing and presenting detailed credit reports to senior management.
Providing leadership and guidance to the credit control team to achieve departmental goals.
Conducting credit risk assessments and recommending strategies to mitigate risks.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the financial services industry.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Manager should have:

A strong background in credit control and financial operations, particularly within the financial services sector.
Proven leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
