文員/助理主任 Clerk/Assistant Officer (ERB Placement 就業服務)

Provide ERB placement service
Handle job referral duties
Working location in Choi Wan

Job Responsibilities:

Provide placement services and follow up service for the ERB retrainee / general and special services group
Provide employer hotline service support for local domestic employers
Handle job referral duties such as answering enquiries, job matching, and interview scheduling, conducting follow-up survey
Handle clerical and coordination duties such as data entry, filing, compiling reports and activity coordination
Handle any ad hoc duties as required
Working schedule: Any 5 days per week during Mon-Sat with total 40 hours working hour [Operation hour: Mon-Fri 0900-1800, Sat 0900-1300]
Working location: Choi Wan

Job Requirements:

F.5 / HKDSE or above
Minimum 1-2 year's working experience, preferable in the field of customer services, administration or human resources related
Knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance will be an advantage
Fluent in Cantonese, simple Putonghua and basic English
Proficient in Word, Excel and Chinese & English Word Typing
Client-oriented, independent and a team player
Candidate with less qualification will be considered as Clerk
