A fashion brand owner is seeking a high‑calibre Senior Fashion Buyer to join its Hong Kong buying team (6 members).
一間服裝品牌公司及零售商正誠邀資深服裝採購專員加入其香港採購團隊（共6名成員）。
The brand focuses on casual wear and sportswear for lifestyle and mass‑market consumers, and this role is ideal for a commercially sharp, trend‑savvy buyer who can turn market insight and data into winning assortments across a network of around 15–20 stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
該品牌主力發展休閒服及運動服，面向生活品味及大眾市場消費者，此職位特別適合具有強烈商業觸覺及時尚觸覺的買手，能夠運用市場資訊及數據，為覆蓋約15–20間港澳分店打造具競爭力的產品組合。
This position reports directly to the Buying Manager and plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s fashion direction in the region.
此職位直接向採購經理匯報，並在制定品牌於本區的時尚方向上擔當關鍵角色。

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Lead product buying for Hong Kong & Macau, ensuring a compelling, on‑brand casual and sportswear assortment by store, channel and season.
主導香港及澳門之產品採購，按分店、渠道及季節，打造具吸引力並符合品牌形象的休閒及運動服裝產品組合。
Manage ordering and inventory at store level to balance availability, stock turns and margin.
管理分店層面的訂貨及庫存，以平衡貨品供應、周轉速度及毛利表現。
Review and track sales performance through timely and accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and analysis, proposing concrete actions on replenishment, markdowns and promotions.
透過準確及及時的每週／每月銷售報告及分析，檢視及跟進銷售表現，並就補貨、減價及推廣提出具體行動建議。
Handle day‑to‑day merchandise issues, including defectives, wrong shipments and stock discrepancies, ensuring smooth retail operations.
處理日常貨品事宜，包括貨品損壞、錯誤出貨及庫存差異等，確保零售營運順暢。
Formulate pricing strategies based on competitive and market analysis to support both sales growth and profitability.
根據市場及競爭分析制定價格策略，以同時支持銷售增長及盈利表現。
Define buying guides and assortment strategies to achieve seasonal targets, covering style, color, size and channel mix.
制定採購指引及產品組合策略，以達成季節性目標，包括款式、顏色、尺碼及渠道分配等。
Provide strong merchandising support for promotional campaigns, including GWP planning, allocation and delivery coordination.
為各項推廣活動提供貨品支援，包括禮品（GWP）規劃、分配及送貨安排。
Place orders for stock replenishment and give clear instructions for stock consolidation and store re‑allocation.
負責補貨訂單及就貨品集中及店舖調配發出清晰指示。
Identify and capitalize on potential products and trends using market knowledge and data analysis, ensuring the offer is aligned with the brand’s lifestyle and mass‑market positioning.
運用市場知識及數據分析，發掘及把握潛力產品及流行趨勢，確保產品組合與品牌的生活及大眾市場定位一致。
Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Logistics and VM to monitor implementation quality, promotion effectiveness and sell‑through, and to optimize in‑store presentation.
與營運、市場推廣、物流及陳列（VM）團隊緊密合作，監察執行質素、推廣效果及銷售表現，並優化店內陳列。
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and maintain a sharp, competitive assortment.
定期進行市場調查及競爭對手分析，緊貼市場動態，保持具競爭力的產品組合。
Undertake regular buying trips to Mainland China (around 5–6 trips per year) for supplier meetings, product sourcing and market observation.
每年需前往中國內地出差約5–6次，進行供應商會面、產品採購及市場觀察。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in retail buying/merchandising, ideally in fashion, sportswear or lifestyle brands.
大學畢業，具至少3年零售採購／貨品策劃相關工作經驗，時裝、運動服或生活風格品牌經驗更佳。
Strong fashion and product sensibility, with a solid understanding of the competitive retail landscape in casual and sportswear.
具備敏銳的時尚觸覺及產品感覺，並對休閒及運動服裝零售市場之競爭環境有深入了解。
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with confidence in using data to drive buying and pricing decisions.
熟練運用 MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint），並能自信地運用數據支援採購及定價決策。
Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
具良好中語文書寫及口語能力（粵語及普通話）。

Terms and Benefits 條款及福利

5‑day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
五天工作週：星期一至星期五，上午9:30 至下午6:00。
12 days of annual leave.
