Company Overview

We are a long‑established Hong Kong–headquartered OEM garment manufacturer and exporter with a solid track record serving international brands.
Our main manufacturing base is in Vietnam, operating modern production facilities with a strong focus on product quality, cost efficiency and on‑time delivery.
In addition to our Hong Kong head office, we maintain an office and sample room in Dongguan, supporting fabric and trim sourcing, sample development and close communication with customers and suppliers in the region.
Our key export markets include the US, Europe and Canada, where we supply major international retailers and brand owners.

Role Summary

As the Group’s key finance leader, you will oversee all accounting, finance, compliance and reporting activities across Hong Kong, China and Vietnam.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will drive financial discipline, strengthen internal controls, support strategic decision‑making and lead a multi‑location finance team to enable the Group’s continued growth.
A critical part of the role is to use financial insights and analysis to drive factory operation improvement and cost optimisation, helping increase efficiency and enhance profitability in the Vietnam manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions for the Group, covering the Hong Kong headquarters, Vietnam manufacturing operation, and Dongguan sample room.
Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting to senior management, tax authorities, auditors and bankers.
Develop, implement and enhance Group‑wide accounting policies, systems and internal controls to safeguard company assets (cash, inventory and fixed assets).
Manage cash flow, banking facilities and banking relationships in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam.
Coordinate and drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process with department heads and accounting teams across all locations.
Oversee tax planning and compliance, including annual audits and handling enquiries from tax authorities in all relevant jurisdictions.
Prepare and present monthly business performance reports, highlighting key financial issues, margin trends and recommendations to support business decisions.
Perform finance‑driven factory operation management and continuous improvement, helping increase efficiency and enhance profitability in the Vietnam manufacturing operation.
Partner closely with the Vietnam factory management team to analyse production costs, efficiency, wastage, capacity utilisation and other KPIs, and propose finance‑driven improvements to factory operations.
Work with operations to design and monitor cost control initiatives, process improvements and productivity enhancement projects, ensuring financial benefits are clearly measured and tracked.
Build, lead and develop finance teams in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam, including recruitment, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations, reporting processes and internal controls.
Stationed in Hong Kong with frequent business trips and short‑ to medium‑term work assignments in Vietnam; and occasional trips to Dongguan.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional accounting qualification (e.g. HKICPA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in accounting and finance, with solid exposure in manufacturing environments.
Prior experience in garment, textiles, toys or handbag manufacturing is highly preferred.
Possess in‑depth knowledge of factory operations for finance-driven factory operation management, performance management and continuous improvement.
Proven experience working with PRC and offshore operations; hands‑on experience in Vietnam will be a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, people management and cross‑cultural communication skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Hands‑on, analytical and detail‑minded, with strong business sense and the ability to partner closely with the Managing Director and senior management.
