As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Community Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Plan and run community campaigns and member engagement activities
Organize online/offline events and activations end-to-end
Develop partnerships with brands/vendors to support campaigns
Manage social media engagement and collect community feedback
Maintain CRM/customer database and provide basic insights/reporting
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors; manage timelines and ROI
Keep up with digital/community trends and improve processes

Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or relevant disciplines
At least 8 years of experience in marketing, public or media relations, solid experience in community engagement, events, and partnerships preferred
Experience with premium/luxury loyalty programmes, VIP CRM, or affluent customer communities is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems, customer segmentation, and reporting/analytics
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management
Passionate, agile and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
