Requirement

A Degree / Diploma in Architecture obtained on completion of a 5-year full-time course of study or a qualification, which is acceptable to the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) as satisfying the academic requirements for admission into the HKIA Professional Assessment;
Candidate who has already obtained a professional qualification shall not be considerated.

Duties

Provision of assistance to Resident Architect (RA) or above in the delivery of their duties of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, Architect, and/or Supervising Officer as appropriate under works contracts as assigned by the Consultant(s) as appropriate;
Provision of assistance to RA or above in the delivery of all their other assigned duties related to works contracts and the contracts and the project;
Collaboration with other RSS ranks for fdelivery of works contracts and the project in safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality;
Other duties related to the consultancy works as appropriate, works contracts or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team, their supervisors, RA or above or the Consultant(s) as appropriate from time to time;
Full time work on site.
