The School of Graduate Studies is established for strengthening the central support for postgraduate programmes as well as the monitoring of their quality in alignment with the University’s strategic direction of expanding and providing quality postgraduate education.

Responsibilities

Assist in quality assurance and enhancement of taught postgraduate programmes offered by different academic units
Liaise with programme teams on matters relating to student admissions, programme approval, review, monitoring and modification, to ensure compliance with the relevant University policies and regulations
Maintain records and repositories
Provide logistical support to meetings, events and activities
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree
A good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Attention to detail with good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
The ability to work closely in a team as well as to work independently
High proficiency in MS Office applications and other IT applications
Previous experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
