Psychological Well-Being Officer (18-month contract) (Ref: JC-PTSD – PWBO)
Clinical Psychological Services (Sham Shui Po)

Responsibilities:

To provide assessments and low-intensity interventions for individuals with mild to moderate depression and anxiety, in both group and individual formats, based on a cognitive behavioural model and Seeking Safety;
To keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records and maintain the clinical dashboard;
To recruit clients to the programme through promotion activities, including workshops, talks, or other outreach events;
To receive regular clinical supervision by clinical supervisor;
To assist in preparing the service evaluation materials; and
To undertake administrative and any other tasks assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements:

Degree or above in Psychology;
1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred;
Possession of a recognized low-intensity psychological intervention training programme;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
