Provide secretarial services, admin & operation support
Handle research data and prepare analysis reports
Immediate available is highly preferred

Provide professional secretarial services and administrative support
Handle confidential documents and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Handle research data and prepare analysis reports
Manage calendar, correspondence of the Senior Executive
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on daily operations and meeting arrangements
Handle office administration tasks
Handle ad hoc tasks and other assigned duties

Requirements:

Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in dining group
Proficient in both English and Chinese word processing, and MS applications
Well-organized, self-motivated, attentive to details
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
