SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – SERVICED APARTMENTS

Handling customers in luxurious residential / serviced apartments / hotels
Strengthen customer relationship & CRM management
Marketing / promoting company brand & properties

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in community role and handling customers in luxurious residential / serviced apartments / hotel properties
Hands on experience with social media management would be an advantage
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Experience in launching community initiatives and collaboration with brands would be an advantage
Good interpersonal and presentations skills
Passion to meet and work with people of different levels, and follow-through attitude
Good experience in customer relationship building and management
Proven English & Putonghua proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
Build relationships and engage with customers
Prepare engaging and shareable text, image and video content for social media accounts
Outreach and approach brands/retails for collaboration
Prepare and design different form of communication / customer service collaterals
Assist in marketing / promoting company brand and properties
Collect customer feedback on service excellence in order to continuously enhance service quality
