Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual sales target of both group medical and group life insurance
Assist in achieving team sales target
Able to deliver account management servicing to assigned renewal accounts
Responsible for new business opportunities of group life and group medical insurance through intermediary channels to achieve the business targets
Provide services to customers and intermediaries
Maintain close relationship with key business contact
Develop new business sources
Support team head on developing and performing strategic plans

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university or college
At least 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits field or sales experience, preferably in service industry or sizeable organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good customer service mindset
Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
