We are now looking for a talented Clubhouse Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Clubhouse Manager, the incumbent will be appointed to the new development, The Headland Residences (THD). The Clubhouse Officer will act as shift in‑charge for clubhouse and will oversee the clubhouse operations including clubhouse facilities, food and beverage (F&B) services and performance of outsourced contractors, i.e. lifeguards, cleaning and service providers of activities, interest classes and events. Clubhouse Officer will also assist the Clubhouse Manager in managing operations and implementing tasks throughout both the Pre‑DMC and Post‑DMC phases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Clubhouse Manager in the process of takeover and defects follow up from Projects team
Act as a shift in-charge to ensure the safety operation and cleaning standards of the clubhouse.
Assist the Clubhouse Manager to establish, implement and regularly review the clubhouse operational policies, procedures and contingency plans
Handle enquiries and provide excellent services to customers
Perform duties, including counter service, facilities booking and checking, activities, interest classes and events organization, etc.
Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or above in Recreation & Sports, Club House Management or Hotel Management preferred
At least 4 years’ experience in Club, Hotel management and customer service preferred
Experience in taking over new residential projects and obtains first aid certificates is an advantage
Willing to work on roster basis
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Clubhouse Officer
Immediate availability is highly preferred
