Guest Experience Supervisor - Reception / Reservations

Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel or Tourism Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Guest Experience Officer
