Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger entries.
Handle monthly payroll processing and Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions.
Prepare and file annual taxation returns in compliance with Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department requirements.
Coordinate statutory audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Support internal control improvements and assist with ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international company.

Solid knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, MPF, and payroll regulations.

Experience in handling audits and liaising with external auditors.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
