倉務員 Shipping Specialist

Responsibilities

Responsible for palletizing, wrapping, weighing, and loading product for domestic and international shipments.
Assistant in receiving inbound shipments.
Inspect items for damage and ensure accuracy before packing
Pack products according to specifications and quality standards
Package parts while removing any Foreign Object Debris and sanitizing any vendor information for domestic and international shipments
Review shipping documents
Company and verify that the following match the physical product before it is shipped: final invoice, sales order application, customer requirements, labels, airway bill, export documents
Place all required documentation and labels on packages/pallets, ensuring correct addresses and documentation
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Work overtime is required when necessary
Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

High school graduation or above
Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping documentation
Self-motivated, responsible, strong problem-solving skills, well-organized
A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure
