Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department. As a Financial Analyst, you should have a strong foundation in financial analysis and analytics, a keen interest or experience in leveraging systems and tools to perform analysis, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. You will play a key role in analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes for management.

This role reports to Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for management and functional teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in financial and operational data.
Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and performance reviews, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and/or planning software to streamline analysis and reporting processes.
Analyze key business drivers and provide recommendations for improving financial performance and efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and historical data.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvements, including the automation in financial analysis and reporting workflows.

The Successful Applicant:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar role with at least 3 years related experience.
Experience working in multinational companies, with experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries an advantage.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with financial systems, business intelligence (BI) tools, and/or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Experience in implementing or optimizing financial systems or tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas or datasets clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
