Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated change expertise to play a pivotal role in driving successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes across AS Watson. This role focuses on delivering structured change management strategies and hands-on execution to support transformation initiatives. The role will partner closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and various functions to ensure change impacts are well understood, communicated and supported.

A typical day in this Role:

Change Management Execution

Lead and support end‑to‑end change management activities for transformation initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations.
Develop and execute change plans, including communication, engagement, resistance management, and adoption strategies.

Communications & Engagement

Prepare impactful communication materials and project updates to drive awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
Ensure messaging is consistent, user-centric, and aligned to project objectives.

Stakeholder Management

Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders for decision-making.
Provide coaching and training sessions to stakeholders to enable them to play an active role in the change process.

Success will depend on:

Certification in PROSCI, APMG Change Management, or equivalent is highly preferred.
Training and development experience is preferred. Candidates with a background in instructional design or relevant certifications will be highly regarded.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret business and user insights.
Hands-on experience in delivering organizational change management initiatives.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
