主要職責

成為品牌大使，在機場及海天客運碼頭等為旅客提供最優質的顧客服務
由辦理登機服務開始，為旅客提供優質無縫的機場服務體驗
為旅客在登機櫃檯、離境及抵港大堂提供誠懇有禮的協助
協助執行其他後勤工作
準備與航班相關的文件，以確保航班安全和按時起飛

入職要求

合法於香港受僱
必須年滿18 歳
香港中學會考 /文憑考試或同等學歷
具流利英語及廣東話溝通能力，懂普通話者為佳
需要輪班工作（包括通宵更；在周末和公眾假期工作）
歡迎應届畢業生申請；具1.5年或以上航空/相關服務行業的經驗者將有機會獲得與資歷相符的薪資待
良好客戶服務和溝通技巧

Reports to: Service Excellence Lead
If you are attracted by the dynamic airport operations and hold a strong passion in providing a great customer experience, we look forward to welcoming you to join our largest airport servicing team at Hong Kong International Airport.
Being the face of a great Airline, you will be interacting with passengers from different cultures, putting our passengers at ease before their flights. At times, you will be acting as a Brand Ambassador to tackle challenges brought to you by various factors.

**Promising and Structured Career Development in Airport Service Delivery Department**
Customer Services Officer III > Customer Services Officer II > Service Excellence Lead > Manager on Duty > Duty Manager
Upon relative skills attainment and fulfillment of predetermined performance criteria, you will be rewarded with a progression at 18 months of service or above.

Key Responsibilities

Be the brand representative to provide great customer experience at the airport, Sky Pier Terminal, and designated pre-flight registration locations
Deliver a seamless airport experience to our passengers from check-in to boarding
Provide efficient and courteous assistance at various locations such as check-in counters, departure and arrival areas
Opportunities to assist some behind-the-scene operations tasks
Prepare flight related documentations to ensure safe and an on-time operations

Requirements

Right to work in Hong Kong
Minimum age of 18
HKCEE /HKDSE or equivalent qualification
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with 1.5 years or more of experience in any airline, or in the hospitality/service industry, will be considered experienced Customer Services Officers and offered a competitive package
Flexibility to work on shift schedules (including overnight, weekend, and public holidays)
Customer service-oriented attitude and good communication skills
As the position you are applying for is a Safety Sensitive Role you are also required to pass a pre-employment drug test

Working Hours

Average 9 hours of work including 1.2 hour meal break per day . Shift work required with starting time 5am / 10:30am / 2:30pm / 4:30pm / 11:30pm
Working hour and meal hour may vary subject to flight schedule and operational needs
