Supervisor, Technical Services 工程主管- 黃大仙住宅(A牌)

工作地點 : 黃大仙住宅 (鄰近地鐵站)

工作時間 :09:00 - 18:00 5.5天工作

職責:

帶領技術員團隊及或獨立處理日常各設施及系統的維護保養、檢查、維修及緊急故障處理工作。
向技術團隊提供技術支援並提出改進行動建議。
履行主管指派的其他職務。
監督和協調外判承辦商的工作細節、工作進度、工藝、安全等。
定期撰寫工作記錄, 物料清單及檢查報告。

要求:

中五或以上，持有電氣/屋宇設備/其他相關工程等證書或文憑以上者優先考慮。
5年或以上大廈、酒店或商場等物業保養維修及前線管理經驗。
持有電力(A牌或以上)、水喉、油漆、泥水、等相關牌照或技術證書優先考慮。
具有團隊合作精神及能獨立工作。
操流利粵語, 英語 (略懂), 懂簡單中英文書寫。
需要輪班當值，颱風及突發狀況時值班。

Location: Wong Tai Sin (Residential)

Working Day: 5.5 days 09:00 - 18:00

Responsibilities:

To lead a team of technicians and/or independently handle the daily maintenance, inspection, repair and emergency troubleshooting of various facilities and systems in the building.
To provide technical support and make suggestions for improvement actions to the technician team.
To perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
To monitor and coordinate the work details, work progress, workmanship, safety, etc. of outsourced contractors.
To submit work records, material list and check list.

Requirements:

Form 5 or above, holder of certificate or diploma above in electrical / building services / other related engineering, etc. is an advantage.
5 years or above of property maintenance and front-line management experience in buildings, hotels, or shopping malls.
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (A0 or above), Licensed Plumber, Painting, Builder's, etc. is an advantage.
Ability to work in a team and work independently
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and simple English.
Perform shift duty and be on duty during typhoon and other emergencies.
