Project Title: Exploring Principal Well-Being, Resilience, Experience, and Their Drivers and Outcomes

[Appointment Period: 6 months]

The appointee will be responsible for supporting research projects. Specific duties include assisting in literature searches and reviews, analyzing survey and interview data, writing reports, managing administrative tasks, supervising other research assistants and student helpers, and performing additional duties as assigned by the project leader. The initial appointment will be for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.

Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Candidates should be self-motivated and willing to learn to handle unfamiliar tasks. Previous experience with qualitative and quantitative research software (e.g., NVivo, SPSS, Mplus, R) is preferred. Knowledge and skills related to advanced statistical modeling will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to take a written test.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
