Full spectrum of Human Resources functions with exposure to Learning & Developme
Supportive, well-organised, and collaborative working environment
Immediate availability is preferred

The Human Resources Officer will support comprehensive HR operations and contribute to staff development initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Human Resources functions, including onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding procedures
Handle daily HR operations such as recruitment, appointment, part-time employment administration, salary review, disciplinary matters, and cessation of employment cases
Prepare HR reports, statistics, and analysis for management review and decision-making
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Respond to staff enquiries and provide professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and operational matters
Establish and maintain a proper, systematic filing system for all HR documentation
Assist in Learning & Development activities, including training coordination, scheduling, logistics, record maintenance, and post-training evaluation
Support the identification of training needs and the implementation of staff development programmes
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience is preferred
Strong sense of responsibility; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently with strong time management skills and high accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related labour legislation
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
