Role Summary 职位概述

You will be a key commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our global customer portfolio across core application sectors.

The role combines strategic business development and hands‑on sales management, overseeing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to mass production.

You will lead and develop a high‑performing sales and marketing team, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and build long‑term partnerships with international OEM/ODM customers.
您将带领并培养一支高绩效的销售及市场团队，制定市场进入策略，并与国际 OEM/ODM 客户建立长期合作关系。
This position is based in Shenzhen, operates on a 5‑day work week, and requires regular business travel.
该职位常驻深圳，实行五天工作制，并需配合定期商务出差。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责 :

Own and manage the global sales pipeline, securing new business while growing existing key accounts.
全面负责并管理全球销售管道，在维护和深化重点客户关系的同时不断开拓新业务。
Identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities; build short‑, medium‑ and long‑term pipelines aligned with corporate targets.
洞察市场趋势与客户需求，挖掘业务增长机会，构建与公司目标一致的短、中、长期业务管道。
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, positioning and pricing to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
制定并执行销售及市场策略、产品定位和定价方案，推动收入与利润的可持续增长。
Lead the preparation and delivery of professional proposals, quotations and presentations to win strategic OEM/ODM projects and partnerships.
主导制定并提交专业的方案、报价及演示材料，赢取战略性 OEM/ODM 项目与合作伙伴。
Provide timely market and competitor intelligence to senior management and translate insights into concrete commercial actions.
向管理层及时提供市场与竞争情报，并将相关洞察转化为可执行的商业行动。
Oversee RFQ processes and coordinate cross‑functional project execution from opportunity approval to mass production, including planning, scheduling, materials, NRE and BOM cost management.
统筹 RFQ 流程，协调跨职能团队从商机立项到量产的项目执行，包括计划排期、物料准备、开发费用（NRE）及 BOM 成本管理。
Review, negotiate and manage commercial terms and contracts (e.g. NDA, NRE, MSA, quality, logistics, VMI, compliance).
审核、谈判并管理各类商业条款及合同（如保密协议 NDA、开发费用 NRE、主服务协议 MSA、质量、物流、VMI 及合规条款等）。
Lead, coach and motivate the sales and support team; set clear KPIs, monitor performance and drive accountability.
领导、辅导并激励销售及支持团队，设定清晰 KPI，持续跟踪绩效并强化结果导向。
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, finance and quality teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards.
与工程、制造、财务及质量等团队紧密合作，解决客户问题，确保高水平的服务质量。

Ideal Candidates 理想人选

University degree in Business, Marketing, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Overseas studies is a plus.
大学本科学历，主修工商管理、市场营销、电子/电气工程或相关专业；具有海外学习背景者优先。
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the electronics industry, with solid exposure to Business Development, Sales or Marketing; experience with OEM/ODM models is highly desirable.
至少 10 年电子行业相关工作经验，在业务拓展、销售或市场领域具有扎实履历；具备 OEM/ODM 模式经验者尤佳。
Strong understanding of electronic products, project/program management and solution selling to international brand customers.
对电子产品、项目/程序管理以及面向国际品牌客户的解决方案式销售有深入理解。
Proven track record in developing markets, winning new business and delivering measurable revenue growth.
具备成功开拓市场、赢取新业务并实现可量化营收增长的优秀业绩记录。
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at customer and internal management level.
具备出色的谈判、沟通及演示能力，能够自如对接客户及公司内部的高层管理人员。
Strong cross‑functional leadership, able to influence and align different teams towards common commercial objectives.
具备出色的跨职能领导力，能够协调并推动不同团队朝共同的商业目标协同前进。
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
中英文流利，熟练运用普通话及粤语。
