Our Toyota Aftersales team is seeking a Manager-Operations Excellence & Compliance
to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you'll do
1. Transformation & Strategic Projects
-
Act as Transformation Project Coordinator, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.

Lead inter-department synergy projects to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
-
Drive AFS operation enhancement projects (e.g., Auto Reception).
-
Oversee AFS performance improvement initiatives, including WIP Web App development and UAT.
2. Functional Management
-
Operations Excellence
-
Compliance (Group, OEM, Government)
-
EHS (Group, OEM, Government)
3. OEM Liaison & System Management
-
Coordinate with OEMs for project and operational requirements.
-
Develop and maintain SOPs and control systems.
-
Oversee POS system setup and maintenance.
-
Manage service product code creation for HK & Macau across systems (ADP, iLight, bonus incentive).
-
Maintain product codes and bonus rate structures in ADP/iLight/master files.
-
Handle promotion material management in iLight.
4. System & Operational Support
-
Provide daily support to service branches.
-
Offer system support for tools such as Alteryx, Concur, ADP, Coupa, Website, etc.
5. Other Duties
-
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and processes.

Monitor costs and perform cost-saving studies.
-
Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and ensure data quality.

Foster inter-department collaboration for operational efficiency.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:

Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Automotive Technology, or related disciplines. Lower educational background would also be considered with 10+ closely related experience and achievement.

3-5 years of relevant experience in automotive service management, with supervisory experience.

Excellent customer service skills, particularly with premium clientele, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for performance monitoring and reporting.
-
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and leadership capabilities.
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
-
Valid driver's license (categories 1&2 preferred)
