Assistant Project Manager (PO I) (Contract)〈Ref: GLAD/224226〉
Requirments:

Associate Degree/diploma holder: At least 5-year working experience AND include 2-year management experience; Degree holder: At least 2-year management experience
Experience gained in Business, Social Enterprise, NGOs and green industry is preferable
Excellent in problem-solving, communications, interpersonal and coaching skills
Commitment to environmental cause, mature, self-motivated with strong leadership, ability to take initiatives
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Duties:

Conduct shop visits and regular checking; ensure the presentation of shops and staff performance match the standard
Ensure delivering excellent service to customers and consignors through proper management of the team, housekeeping of the shops, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of all shops
Supervise and coach shop supervisors for their overall performance and development; plan and conduct staff training to maintain service quality
Assist in administration, brand building, marketing and ad hoc activities
Working Place: Wan Chai.
