1-3 years’ experience in digital operations, property / leasing administration
Experience with CRM and analytics tools is a plus
Exposure to property or real estate environment is an advantage

We are looking for a proactive, detail-minded Assistant Operations Analyst to support our day-to-day system operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for data input, system enquiries handling, new digital journeys and system feature roll-out to support sales and business teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
1-3 years’ experience in digital operations, property / leasing administration, sales operations or related fields; exposure to property or real estate environment is an advantage
Strong interest in digital customer journeys, prop tech solutions and CRM / property management systems
Good command of MS Excel and willingness to learn CRM and property systems
Experience with CRM and analytics tools is a plus
Detail‑oriented, well-organised, with strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow established procedures and controls
Good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player, and comfortable supporting front-line sales, leasing and property management staf
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin an advantage depending on project needs

Responsibilities:

Handle data input and updates in the system to ensure customer, accounts and related data are accurate and up‑to‑date
Perform regular data checks across different data source to identify duplicates, missing or inconsistent data, and follow up with sales / leasing / property management teams for correction
Act as first‑line contact to handle internal users’ enquiries on CRM and related digital tools (e.g. portals, apps), including basic troubleshooting and “how‑to” questions
Assist in onboarding users to new digital features and system administration i.e. account setup, basic training and user guides
Support execution of new digital initiatives, ad-hoc data extraction and simple analysis for operation, customer follow‑ups and management requests
Coordinate with IT, digital teams, vendors and business stakeholders on production issues and enhancement requests
Participate in UAT for new digital features and enhancements by preparing test cases, performing testing and consolidating user feedback
Maintain and update documentation, including SOPs, quick reference guides, FAQs and checklists for CRM and digital processes
Prepare simple operational reports or extracts when needed
