Company Overview

We are a property owner and landlord with a core business in the leasing and rental of properties, generating stable recurring rental income for the Group.
Our parent company is an investment holding company with a diversified portfolio, including property investment and leasing, property management, business financing, logistics business....etc.

Role Summary

You will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations of a property‑leasing (landlord) business, with a strong focus on rental‑related accounting and reporting.
The role involves handling a full set of accounts, preparing schedules and financial reports, and managing billing matters with tenants independently

Job Responsibilities

Report to the Accounting Manager
Work in Accounting team of 3 members.
Handle day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Handle full set of accounts independently.
Perform accounting and administrative work related to rental operations, including issuing rental invoices, handling deposits and coordinating with tenants on billing matters.
Prepare monthly schedules, reconciliations and financial reports.
Handle adjustments and charges related to utilities, government rates, government rent and stamp duty for property leases.

Ideal Candidates

Accounting studies background, with LCC Higher or equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of solid accounting experience.
Hands‑on experience in handling full set of accounts.
Experience with property owners / landlords, leasing and rental businesses, property management is highly preferred.
Proficient in Excel; experience with Dynamic or other accounting softwares.
Detail‑minded, responsible, able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Terms & Benefits

5‑day work week (Mon to Fri, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm).
13‑month salary plus performance bonus.
14 days of annual leave.
