Company Overview

We are a Japanese company with over 50 years of history in the lingerie and intimate apparel industry.
As a manufacturer, importer and exporter, we supply hooks & eyes, adjusters, underwires and other bra components, as well as finished lingerie and underwear products, to leading global lingerie and sportswear brands.
Our Hong Kong office is a key sales and sourcing hub for the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets, partnering closely with factories in Japan, China and Southeast Asia to deliver high-quality, innovative and reliable products to our customers.

Position Overview

You will manage domestic sales operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Focusing on lingerie accessories and finished lingerie/underwear products, you will drive business growth through effective account management, sales execution and market development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and support revenue growth in the Hong Kong and China domestic markets.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules and payment collection to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, providing responsive service and follow-up.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors and brand partners.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, practical solutions.
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
Propose strategies to expand market share in lingerie accessories and finished lingerie/underwear.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfilment.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and presentation materials for management review.
Support the planning and execution of promotions, trade shows and marketing activities.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the fashion, lingerie, trims, accessories or garment industry.
Solid understanding of the Hong Kong and China domestic retail landscape.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Experience in Japanese companies is a strong plus
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable with sales reporting tools.
Self-motivated, resourceful and results-driven, with strong ownership of targets and deliverables.
Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
Willing to travel within Hong Kong and Mainland China when required.
