Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the resources and workflow management of the department
Monitor the ERB placement service and ensure the performance target and guidelines being met
Supervise, develop and participate in funding projects for service diversification
Monitor, coordinate the screening service and supervise clerical staff
Conduct training courses, provide placement and career development consulting service
Any ad hoc duties as required
Working location: Choi Wan

Job Requirements:

Degree in Education / Training / Social Work / Counselling / Psychology / HR / Business Administration / Sociology or related disciplines
6-8 years of experience in Placement / Counseling / Training / Social Work / HR / Business Administration
Knowledge in Labour Ordinance and Job Markets
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and good IT skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
