Senior Procurement Officer

6 years + experience in procurement
Formulate, review & implement procurement policies, procedures and guideline
Manage supplier list & conduct regular supplier performance evaluation

Responsibilities:

Responsible for procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, quotation analysis, purchase orders and PO payment requests;
Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms and conclude the purchase activities;
Monitor and evaluate the procurement process and ensure it compliance with company policies and procedures;
Manage supplier list, conduct regular supplier performance evaluation and prepare reports for management review;
Assist manager to formulate, review and implement procurement policies, procedures and guideline, and identify areas of improvement;
Assist in managing all documentation and maintain good record trail of transactions;
Provide administrative support in corporate affairs and office administration as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Purchasing / Supply Chain or a related discipline;
Minimum 6 years’ experience in procurement, experience in NGO or government aided organization is preferred;
Knowledge in sourcing and procurement of goods and services for the business operations of the company;
Knowledge in formulating and reviewing policies and procedures, best practices, and terms and conditions of procurements;
Experience in quotation/tender rectification and evaluation;
Experience in supplier list management and evaluation;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing and Office 365;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proactive, self-motivated and independent;
Attention to details, strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills;
Good interpersonal and communication skills; willing to work as a team;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Officer.
