Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of retail stores and to deliver operational excellence
- Develop, monitor and review sales target, KPIs and operation overhead are in-line with budget
- Analyze sales performance reports, tracking of the retail store performance, weekly sales recap and action plans
- Coordinate with internal departments and perform system UAT for the development and implementation of new systems
- Work with other Departments to ensure stock control, merchandise planning, promotion roll-out, fit out works, new store opening etc are adequate and implement seamlessly
- Plan and develop operations flow, policies & control, and SOP in order to maximize operational efficiency and staff productivity
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales and operations from sizable retail company, FMCG industry is definitely an advantage.
- Strong in store operations and people management experience
- Demonstrate positive and a can-do attitude
- Patient, detail-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient of both written and spoken English and Chinese
