Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience?
We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new business worldwide and to set up and manage an ecommerce business team of beauty products.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

You will support the Affiliate Manager in the planning, execution, and optimization of our affiliate marketing channel. Your core duties will include but not limited to:

Campaign Coordination & Execution

Assist in the setup, launching, and ongoing monitoring of digital campaigns across affiliate networks and publisher sites (e.g., ShopBack, Asia Miles etc). Ensure all campaign materials and tracking are implemented accurately.

Publisher & Partner Relations

Act as a key contact for affiliate publishers, communicating campaign briefs and resolving day-to-day operational or technical issues. Support to build and maintain strong, productive partnerships.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance, track key KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI), and assist in preparing weekly performance reports. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing sales performance.

Market & Competitive Research

Conduct research on competitor affiliate activities and industry trends to provide insights for campaign planning and strategy.

Cross-Functional Project Support

Support broader online brand promotion initiatives and projects aimed at increasing brand awareness and revenue.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing; experience in the beauty industry is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., Rakuten, AWIN, ChineseAN) or affiliate marketing is an advantage. 
Well-organized, detailed minded, able to work independently and accomplished tasks in a timely manner.
