Part-time Research Associate / Assistant I/II / Technical Assistant (Project No.: R6944) (B&A) -(Ref: 260004T)

R6944: From Bytes to Behaviour: Exploring AI-Driven Nudges for Sustainability in Hong Kong’s Tourism and Hospitality Industry

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

Researching topics of service marketing and service technology, including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and research writing, etc.; and
Managing and coordinating research projects.

Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

A bachelor’s degree or above in business or a related discipline;
Previous business research experience, demonstrated by sample research papers;
Basic understanding of the philosophy of social science, theorization, research design, and methods;
Basic quantitative and (or) qualitative analysis skills;
A genuine passion for research and strong intrinsic motivation for knowledge seeking;
Good English skills in reading, listening, writing, and speaking;
Familiarity with the service marketing and service technology literature; and
Punctuality, collegiality, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
