About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant Manager/Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing marketing strategies to enhance company brand and stimulate demand. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and stimulate demand;
Oversee the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand identity;
Design and manage targeted digital campaigns (SEM, social media, display, email, etc.) to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion funnels;
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign ROI and lead quality;
Plan and execute online and offline marketing initiatives, including open houses, roadshows, and events;
Support the Team by handling guests’ inquiries via in-person interactions and all digital channels;
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions;
Monitor and report on campaign performance, including KPIs, lead quality, and overall marketing effectiveness;
Assist in responding to customer feedback to enhance the overall guest and tenant experience;
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum impact and
Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support broader business and marketing objectives.

What we're looking for

Degree Holder in Marketing, Communications, e-Commerce, Business, or a related field;
At least 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field;
Proficient in social media management, particularly on platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and YouTube;
Willingness to explore and learn about the Chinese market with a focus on hospitality sector;
Skilled in editing picture, graphic, and video editing software;
A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and proactive;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin and
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Marketing Officer.
