Regional Digital Performance/ Account Manager (Digital Marketing) (Agency)

Lead the development and implementation of digital campaigns
Serve Regional and HK-based headquarter clients
Analyze multi-market data to provide actionable insights

Job Duties:

Lead the development and implementation of digital campaigns and branding strategies across various regions.
Monitor and manage campaign performance and KPIs across all active regions, identifying trends and optimizing for cross-market efficiency.
Act as the primary coordinator between various regional performance teams to ensure deliverables, creative directions, and media buys are synchronized with headquarters’ strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact for both Regional and HK-based headquarter clients.
Analyze multi-market data to provide actionable insights, strategic suggestions, and future directions to regional clients.
While focusing on the regional bird’s-eye view, you will remain hands-on in planning and executing specific market-level campaigns (e.g., Hong Kong) as required.

Requirements:

Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media, or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEM, social media marketing, programmatic buying, and web publishing.
Strong experience in performance marketing and familiarity with web analytics metrics.
3+ years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
Proven track record in managing regional digital campaigns, including direct management of regional teams and cross-border collaboration.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English.
Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Fluency in Japanese and/or Korean is a plus, but not mandatory.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Regional Account Manager / Senior Digital Performance Manager.
