Handle other digital campaigns/ related area such as SEO, media line-up

Fresh graduates with in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media are welcome!

Plan, execute & manage various digital advertising campaigns such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media marketing campaign (e.g. FB, IG, LinkedIn, Line) and Programmatic campaign.

You will also handle other digital campaigns/ related area such as SEO, media line-up, campaign tracking etc.

You will be working independently and as a team to serve clients of different scales.

Job Duties:

Engage in the planning and execution of various digital marketing campaigns.
Responsible in campaign monitoring & optimization, provide suggestions to client – to strive for client satisfaction and good campaign results.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they are achieving KPIs and delivering results for clients
Liaise and coordinate with online publishers on media buy of various portals.
Provide analysis by various marketing tools & suggest new market opportunities to clients
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding service level.
Client servicing/ Account servicing: handle client inquiries about the existing campaign through phone, email and meeting.

Requirements:

Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Media or a related subject is preferred but not necessary
Fresh graduates with a background in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media are welcome!
Candidates with 1+ year of experience in a digital agency and practical experience in ad operations will have an advantage.
Experience with campaign management platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Display & Video 360
Strong command of verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience with website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, and able to interpret data to identify trends and insights that can inform campaign optimization and business decisions.
Experience in regional digital campaign would be an advantage
Experience in e-commerce and b-to-b clients would an advantage
Hands-on experience on programmatic ads would be an advantage
