Executive Assistant

This position provides comprehensive, detail-focused support to a senior executive at the Group level. The ideal candidate will be seasoned, highly organised, and an excellent communicator, with a proven ability to operate effectively in a complex environment. Prior experience directly supporting a C-suite Executive within a large, multinational conglomerate is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendar, schedule meetings and appointments with meticulous attention to detail
Act as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, prioritising communications and requests
Coordinate and organise meetings and business activities, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking meeting minutes
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents where applicable
Manage confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Process expense reports and manage invoices
Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in multinational enterprises
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
Significant ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
