Position Overview 職位簡介
- The Sales Key Account Manager will provide professional service to key accounts and proactively develop new HORECA customers.

- The role focuses on developing and managing key accounts in the HORECA and food service sector, driving sales of spices and food ingredients in Hong Kong market.

- This position combines new business development with strategic account management, working closely with a dedicated team of three Customer Service colleagues to deliver tailored ingredient solutions and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Build, manage and grow key accounts in the hotel, restaurant, bar and catering segments, including premium and Michelin‑level clients.
- 建立、管理及發展酒店、餐廳、酒吧及宴會餐飲等重點客戶組合,涵蓋高端及米芝蓮級別客戶。
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms to achieve sales targets and margin objectives.
- 發掘新商機,編寫建議書及報價,並就價格及條款進行商議,以達成公司銷售目標及盈利要求。
- Work closely with the factory and quality team to understand product specifications, grinding capabilities and lead times, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
- 與工廠及品質團隊緊密合作,了解產品規格、研磨能力及交貨期,確保客戶需求被清晰傳達並妥善履行。
- Maintain regular contact with chefs, F&B managers, purchasing teams and distributors, providing product training, tasting sessions and technical support where needed.
- 與主廚、餐飲部經理、採購團隊及分銷商保持定期溝通,按需要提供產品培訓、試味活動及技術支援。
- Collaborate with three Customer Service colleagues to ensure efficient order handling, timely responses to enquiries and professional follow‑up on customer requests and issues.
- 與三位客戶服務同事協作,確保訂單處理順暢、及時回覆查詢,並專業跟進客戶要求及問題。
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to recommend new product ideas, packaging formats and service improvements.
- 緊貼市場趨勢、競爭對手動向及客戶回饋,並據此建議新產品概念、包裝形式及服務優化方案。
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and account plans, ensuring accurate and timely information for management review and planning.
- 編制銷售報告、預測及客戶發展計劃,為管理層提供準確及時的數據及決策參考。
Ideal Candidates 理想人選
- Tertiary educated preferably in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- 持有大專或以上學歷; 商業、市場學、食品科學、酒店及款待管理或相關學科優先。
- Solid sales or key account management experience, ideally 5+ years, in food ingredients, F&B supply, HORECA distribution or related B2B sectors.
- 具穩健銷售或重點客戶管理經驗,理想為五年或以上,曾任職食品原材料、餐飲供應、餐飲批發或其他B2B相關行業。
- Strong network or proven track record with hotels, restaurant groups, bars or caterers will be a definite advantage.
- 擁有酒店、餐飲集團、酒吧、宴會餐飲等人脈網絡或成功業績紀錄者將屬明顯優勢。
- Passion for food, spices and ingredients, with the ability to discuss flavour profiles, applications and usage with professional chefs and buyers.
- 對食品、香料及食材具熱誠,並能與專業廚師及採購人員深入討論風味特性、應用及使用方式。
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; confident in dealing with senior decision‑makers.
- 具優秀溝通、簡報及談判技巧,並能自信地與高層決策者交流。
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of additional Asian languages is an advantage.
- 良好中英文書寫及口語能力,若兼備其他亞洲語言更佳。
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently with regular customer visits and occasional irregular hours to meet F&B clients.
- 主動積極、以成果為導向,能獨立工作,並願意定期外出探訪客戶及在需要時配合彈性或非固定工作時間。
