Corporate Sales
Administrative Support
Fresh Graduates / IANG visa holder

Job Descriptions:

Coordinate and provide general administrative support to Sales team such as typing, filing, preparation for sales trips and trade show to assigned sales personnel
Prepare and distributes daily, weekly, monthly reports and contract agreements
Provide secretarial duties handles enquiries from business accounts and potential clients
Any ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

Diploma holder of Hospitality Management or Business Administration Studies
1 year relevant experience in hotel sales & marketing is preferred
Detail-minded and independent
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Fresh graduates or IANG visa holders will also be considered
