Administrative Assistant (1-year Contract, renewable)

Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of administrative function including office equipment and stationery maintenance, meeting room arrangements, greeting of guest etc.
Assist in mailing and printing matters
Administer daily office routines and office premises management
Perform outdoor work for bulk mailing delivery and pickup occasionally
Other job duties as assigned by Team Head

Ideal candidates should possess:

Completed secondary education with minimum 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably from financial institutions
Self-motivated and multi-tasking, a good team player and able to work under pressure
Good communication skills and attentive to details
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
Fluency in written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
