The Demi Chef-de-partie provides assistance to the assigned Sous Chef with all duties and is responsible for filling in for the Chef-de-partie during their absence. 助理廚師需協助指定的助理行政總廚完成相關工作，並需在廚師缺席期間填補其職位。

Job Description

Prepare food according to Chef’s specification and recipes
按照食譜及廚師指示製作各式菜餚
Set up daily mise-en-place and check all areas for readiness
準備工作台並檢查所有區域
Assist the Sous Chef in sample cooking, establish recipe standards, food requisition, and stock management
協助助理行政總廚準備新菜式的烹飪，並建立食譜標準、食品需求及庫存管理
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
保持廚房及工具整潔
Follow and enforce hygiene and safety standards set by the Club and Food & Environmental Hygiene Department
遵守食物環境衞生署及的衛生及食品安全規定

Qualifications & Skills

Vocational Training of Professional Cooking in Western Cuisine
曾接受職業先修或相關專業西式廚藝訓練
Preferably 3 years’ working experience in kitchen
具有三年的廚房工作經驗更佳
Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with diverse workforce
良好溝通技巧以應對多元化的工作環境
