The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring a Chief Concierge.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting all aspects of Concierge functions in accordance with hotel standards
Maintain a concierge service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff
Assist in developing and maintaining the acknowledgment and service of all visiting guests
Support management to ensure all departments are aware of all guests’ needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay
Establish relationships with local attractions, restaurants and other businesses to enhance guests’ experiences

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related disciplines
3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in luxury hotels
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Member of Les Clef d’Or
