Gilgen Door Systems (GDS), headquartered in Switzerland, is a manufacturer of platform screen doors and gates. Its products are used in numerous overseas cities including Hong Kong, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Platform screen doors and gates installed and maintained by GDS are used on the Island Line, Kwun Tong Line, Tsuen Wan Line, South Island Line, Tseung Kwan O Line, Airport Express, and Tuen Ma Line.

We are currently seeking ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our professional team:

What you will do

Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, staff training, performance appraisal, etc.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and consolidate reports for management review.
Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job ad preparation, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer placement to onboarding.
Assist in annual activities/projects, including company annual dinner, team building activities and manpower planning, etc.
Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support
Communicate with line managers by providing prompt HR support and answering general staff enquiries.
Prepare HR correspondences, letters, forms and announcements
Provide administrative support for HR programs and events.
Perform ad hoc projects independently as assigned.

We are looking for someone with

Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
2-3 years’ experience in an HR support role preferred (less experience & fresh graduates shall also be considered)
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislations is preferred
Independent, self-motivated, good communication skills and able to multi-task under tight schedule
Good team player with strong sense of accountability
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel.
Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
Less experience candidate will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
