Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager - Banking

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Associate Manager to own the end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to hire top talent, optimize our hiring framework, and strengthen our employer brand.

Description

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tool.
Project experience is a plus.
