Senior Manager - Commercial

Key accounts, general trade, trade marketing and merchandising in FMCG
Minimum 10 year working experience

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the overall business growth in terms of sales, distribution, and promotion budget management
Strategies on the short and long-term plans to expand into new channels and business development for local distributors
Multi-channels experiences, preferred in FMCG products
To create, develop and roll out sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the market position and in-store presence
To keep ahead of the key market trends and take appropriate action
Handle the communication between internal team and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities for key accounts using data, analytics, and insight
Collating and dissecting of account level data to understand trends and drive action
Focus in execution excellence
People leadership
Revenue management to improve trade expenditure efficiency
Develop customer strategy
Category management and trade marketing capabilities
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements

University graduate in Business, e-Commerce, Marketing, or any related discipline
Minimum 10 year working experience in key accounts and general trade, trade marketing and merchandising
Well-organized, creative, analytical, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
Analysis-driven, able to craft quantitative feedback regarding operations tools and processes
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different organizations and teams
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
Experience or knowledge in FMCG is an absolute advantage
