Role Overview 職位概述
- We are seeking a senior compliance leader to oversee product safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance across global toy operations.

- This role supports the Global Head of Compliance in implementing QA strategies, leading regional QA/QC teams, and ensuring all products meet international safety standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Assist the Global Head of Compliance in QA plan setup and implementation
- 協助全球合規主管制定及執行品質保證計劃
- Lead and manage the Product Compliance and Quality Assurance team in the China office
- 領導並管理中國辦公室的產品合規與品質保證團隊
- Set up and manage equivalent teams in the Vietnam office
- 建立並管理越南辦公室的同類團隊
- Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and legal safety standards
- 確保產品品質符合客戶要求及法定安全標準
- Ensure all new projects are safety-compliant and delivered on time
- 確保所有新項目符合安全規範並按時交付
- Ensure approved vendors meet social and security compliance requirements
- 確保核准供應商符合社會及安全合規要求
- Prevent product recalls or withdrawals through proactive quality enforcement
- 透過積極的品質管控防止產品召回或下架
- Enforce internal quality mindset across all approved vendors
- 在所有核准供應商中推行內部品質理念
- Create and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, product test plans, conformity plans, and inspection specifications

- Participate in early design stages to assess essential safety risks

Ideal Candidate 理想人選
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, quality management, or a related discipline
- 擁有製造工程、品質管理或相關學科的學士學位
- 15+ years of experience in the toy industry, with 6+ years in a managerial role
- 具備15年以上玩具行業經驗，其中6年以上管理職位經驗
- Experience in US/MNC toys companies is a big plus
- 具備美國或跨國玩具公司工作經驗者更佳
- Proven track record managing toy projects for well-known brands
- 曾成功管理知名品牌玩具項目
- Strong technical knowledge of toy manufacturing process controls
- 具備玩具製造流程管控的專業技術知識
- Deep understanding of global toy safety regulations and standards

- Effective communicator with cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin

- Work based in Shenzhen with trips to Vietnam and Southeast Asia
