Marketing Officer (Digital & Social Media)

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the appointee will be required to:

Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat and Podcasts;
Create, refine, and schedule engaging multimedia content—including posts, images, and videos—for social media platforms to boost audience engagement, while maintaining brand tone and visual identity;
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement and uphold brand reputation;
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing content with organisational guidelines and project updates;
Maintain and regularly update website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
Support digital promotion efforts to enhance event visibility and participant engagement;
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for design and production of promotional materials and event equipment;
Assist in planning, logistics, and on-site execution of events and exhibitions;
Assist in developing impactful B2B presentations and cooperative marketing plans to strengthen customer engagement;
Coordinate internal promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and product launch activities; and
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A recognised degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
At least three years of relevant working experience, with experience in marketing or corporate communications will be an advantage;
Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
Knowledge of content management for website, social media and its tracking tools;
A good team player with good organisation skills, outgoing and adaptable to change;
Able to work independently and under tight schedule;
Proficiency in IT applications, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrators, Canva, MS Office and Chinese word processing; and
Experience with photo and video shooting is an advantage.
