Location: Kowloon Tong, Kowloon

Language: English & Chinese

What you’ll do

Formulate and manage maintenance plans
Provide first line maintenance
Supervise maintenance works done by technicians and contractors
Perform inventory management of maintenance tools and spare parts
On duty for day race meeting and back up technician
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

Certificate or above in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ building services maintenance experience
Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferred

Personal skills you excel

Knowledge on PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Strong sense of accountability, result oriented and customer focused
Willing to work flexible hours
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
Exceptional report writing and being detail oriented is definitely an advantage
