Strategy & Business Growth

Develop and execute the business plan for the bank channel to meet sales goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Lead business planning and performance reviews with the partner bank
Create and run initiatives to increase insurance sales and penetration within the bank's customer base.

Sales & Performance Management

Take full ownership of the channel's sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and provide data-driven solutions.
Work to continuously improve the insurance sales process and model within the bank.
Develop training, sales contests, and incentive programs to motivate the bank's sales staff

Product & Market Insight

Provide feedback to internal product teams based on channel needs and market demand.
Collaborate on designing and launching new insurance products suitable for the bank's customers
Monitor product performance within the channel and recommend adjustments.
Maintain expert knowledge of market intelligence, customer trends, and regulations affecting Bancassurance.

Partnership & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders at the partner bank.
Serve as the main point of contact for the partner, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Manage partnership agreements, renewals, and performance review meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
A minimum of 5 years in a Bancassurance, strategic partnership, or channel management role is required.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a retail distribution channel.
Deep understanding of insurance products (Life, Health, etc.) and financial advisory/sales models.
